Wildlife & Archaeology Tour starting Saturday 13-20 June 2015 – tour leader Steve Sankey.  This tour will visit the islands of Hoy, South Ronaldsay and either Rousay or Westray; and will visit the main archaeological sites of the Ring of Brodgar, Skara Brae and the Tomb of the Eagles. Expect to see around 90 species of birds, including our seabirds, birds of prey (hen harriers especially) and any summer arrivals. Accommodation will be provided by the Georgian Manse of Pentland Country House in the East Mainland of Orkney, overlooking the Churchill Barriers and Scapa Flow.
