DESCRIPTION:Orcadian Wildlife is pleased to offer a new tour for 2022: Bulg
 aria &amp\; Romania – two Balkan states where west meets east. We meet a
 nd begin in the Bulgarian capital\, Sofia\, then continue eastwards into t
 he Rhodopes Mountains and onwards to the Black Sea Coast. We then travel f
 urther north and east into Romania\, for 3 nights on the Danube (Danarii) 
 delta\, followed by two nights in the Carpathian mountains of Transylvania
 \, ending our tour in the Romanian capital\, Bucharest.\n\nThe birds and m
 ammals on this tour will feature some totemic species\, including Lesser-s
 potted eagles\, Red-footed falcons and Egyptian vultures\; or else wetland
  birds such as Dalmatian &amp\; White Pelicans and Collared Pratincoles.\n
 \nRaptors and wetland birds will feature prominently\, and we also take ca
 re to absorb the culture of this fascinating countries\, visiting ancient 
 mountain and delta villages. Accommodation is either in modern hotels\, or
  traditional family-owned villas with thatched rooves. We will be using kn
 owledgeable local guides in association with our partners in Bulgaria: Wil
 d Echo\; and in Romania Absolute Carpathian.\n\nExpect to see 150+ species
  of birds\, Brown Bears\, and as rich a biodiversity as you will find anyw
